As Clinic Manager, you’ll have full operational responsibility for the clinic. That covers everything from building your team and setting up ways ofworking.

Job description

Wimbledon Quarter, Southwest London

Permanent, full time

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Affidea UK

Open, lead and shape our first UK clinic

Affidea UK is in a period of exceptional growth. Since Fortius Clinic, the UK’s largest orthopaedic group, joined Affidea in 2021, we have gone from strength to strength. In July 2026 we announced a strategic partnership with LIPS Healthcare, the UK’s

largest private consultant-led multi-specialty group, and in October we agreed to acquire two specialist diagnostic centres from Alliance Medical, on

Harley Street and in Marylebone. This autumn, we will open our first ambulatory clinic in Southwest London,

a major milestone in our mission to bring worldclass, accessible healthcare to communities across the UK. Joining us now means being part of this journey from the ground up, with real opportunities to grow as we do.

Our 33,000 sq ft clinic in the Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre brings advanced diagnostics, outpatient services and theatres under one roof. It includes a Private GP, an Urgent Care minor injuries unit, consultant and treatment rooms, advanced diagnostic imaging (3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, CT, X-Ray and DEXA), surgical theatres and inpatient ward facilities.

About the role

As Clinic Manager, you’ll have full operational responsibility for the clinic. That covers everything from building your team and setting up ways of working to making sure every patient gets the highest standard of care. You’ll also be our CQC

Registered Manager.

This is a rare chance to open a clinic rather than inherit one. You’ll shape how it runs, the culture your team works in, and

how patients experience us from day one. You’ll have the full backing of an established European healthcare group behind

you.

What you’ll be responsible for

Running the clinic

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic, maintaining standards and acting as the senior point of escalation

  • Leading the clinic through opening and into business as usual

  • Owning the full patient journey, using feedback and data to keep improving the experience

Leading the team

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team across administration, theatres, imaging and clinical services

  • Working closely with GPs and consultants across the clinic

Performance and growth

  • Managing the clinic’s operational budget and P&L, and monitoring performance against KPIs

  • Building strong relationships with the local community, referrers, insurers and external partners to grow the clinic’s

    presence and reputation

Regulation

  • Acting as CQC Registered Manager, and making sure the clinic is safe, compliant and ready for inspection

What we offer

  • A rare opportunity to shape Affidea’s UK presence from the very start, with real ownership and autonomy

  • A supportive, ambitious leadership team

  • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
